Ted most recently served as President of a large, global hospitality company with over 400 locations, 30,000 employees and annual revenues over $3.5 billion. During his 27-year tenure, he tripled the size of the company, expanding into Eastern Europe, India, and China, and completed 5 major acquisitions and integrations.

Ted is a Cornell graduate and completed the acclaimed Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.

Ken Condren

COO & CTO

Ken is a technology executive with a proven track record of top-line impact through innovation, new product design and implementation. Ken has utilized his experience with global firms, including Price Waterhouse and KPMG, to serve as a basis to help launch and grow various start-ups.

Ken holds a B.S. in Mathematics & Statistics from the University of Albany, SUNY.

Joel Rosenberg, MD

Customer Success and CMO

Dr. Rosenberg is 30-year cardiac surgeon who has operated on thousands of patients with challenging medical problems.  He began his career as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at SUNY-Upstate Medical School, and later moved to St. Joseph’s Hospital where his surgical team achieved status as the lowest risk hospital in New York State.  Dr. Rosenberg has authored numerous surgical scientific papers and has presented at over 50 conferences around the world.

Rich de la Rosa, CPA

CFO

Rich brings more than two decades of finance, accounting/tax, and administrative experience to TenX. Over the last several years, he has worked closely with various early-stage startups in implementing financial structures and preparing for fundraising. In 2016, Rich co-founded VIAGlobal, a startup advisory firm for U.S.-bound international startups, where he continues to serve as a board member.

Rich is a Georgetown graduate and has an MBA from the University of Miami.

Mike Beedles

Director

Mike is a serial entrepreneur, having spent the last 25 years focused on high-tech international companies.  His last company was acquired by SATO Holdings Corp, a publicly traded company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Mike’s degree is in Automation Robotics and also completed Michigan State University’s Broad Graduate Program in Supply Chain.

Kory Laszewski

Director

Ramon is retired Chairman and present board member of Republic Services, Inc. (NYSE), previously Managing Partner of a CPA firm. He has served on the board of directors of several public and private companies including two healthcare organizations. Ramon was involved in several startups in manufacturing, aviation, technology and defense with successful exits.

Kory is a seasoned sales and marketing executive and has helped launch multiple startups. He is responsible for more than $600M in annual revenue growth for the enterprises he served and contributed double digit EBITDA growth. He has facilitated successful exits through both private sale and public offerings (valued at more than $1.2 billion).

Mark Pacala

Director

Mark is the former CEO of several healthcare and consumer services companies and a former general partner of Essex Woodlands Health Ventures, where he focused on technology-enabled services investments. Over the past ten years he has served as the operating partner at private equity firms, including Oak Hill Capital, Pamplona Capital, and Blue Mountain Capital.
